FUN FIT MOVES ® Disclaimer

By participating in any FUN FIT MOVES® classes and programs offered by Echos International you participate at your own risk. As with any other health and fitness program please consult with your physician before participating in any FUN FIT MOVES ® classes or programs offered by Echos International. Echos International will not be held responsible for any injuries or health problems resulting in participation. Parents are 100% responsible for their children during the classes and the above-stated disclaimer applies to children as well. ​All participants must sign a waiver before participating in any class. *Please note there will be NO refunds provided for no shows for FUN FIT MOVES® classes.* 

 

Online Purchases

All online program/service/product purchases (sales) from this site are final. Please be sure you are 100% committed to following through with the terms and agreements outlined below. 

 

Payments

​Payment is due in full prior to services being rendered. Payment must be submitted via a company check or credit card. No personal checks or cash will be accepted. NO exceptions. If you enter into a payment agreement you MUST follow the payment agreement policy below. 

 

Payment Plans

All clients/customers who agree to participate in a *payment plan* further agree to an additional installment plan fee of $10-$25 per payment for payment processing. The additional processing fee will be added to the original payment and is due at the time of payment. Additionally, there are no refunds provided for installment payments. If a client/customer decides to discontinue services the client agrees to pay out the balance owed immediately via company check or credit card. 

 

Refunds and Cancellations 

Payment made, speaking engagements, presentations, puppet shows, and creative programs are non-refundable. In the event you schedule a program and decide to not host the event please contact Tinisha’s Team immediately via telephone and email to discuss a mutual agreement and satisfactory outcome. Contact Tinisha’s Team by emailing her directly. You will receive a response within 10 business days regarding your request. If you are able to receive a refund please note the cancellation and refund policy below. 

 

All creative programming cancellations must adhere to the policy below: 

• Clients/customers canceling or requesting a refund 10 days prior to the event date may receive a 15% refund to be applied within 14 days of approval. 

• Clients/customers canceling or requesting a refund 7 days prior to the event date may receive a 10% refund to be applied within 14 days of approval. 

• Failure to comply with this policy will result in NO refund. 

• **this includes any deposits and or installment payments**

 

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. 

 

​Program Materials Policy

No participant of any Echos International program may use, duplicate, share, disclose or distribute any program or course materials without written approval. This includes books, podcasts, voiceovers, forms, templates, worksheets, ebooks, guides, journals, scripts, videos, puppets, characters, recipes, concepts or any other materials used in any Echos International creative programs. Please be advised that any attempt to do so may result in legal action.  Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. 

 

Referrals

Any referrals for additional services made by Echos International are based on past/personal/professional experiences. We cannot guarantee that you will be 100% completely satisfied with the services you receive from our preferred partners. We highly suggest you clearly understand their terms, agreements, and policies before agreeing to do business with them or enter into a contractual agreement. 

 

Cancellation of Services

All speaking engagements, presentations, puppet show or other creative programs require a 48-hour cancellation notice via telephone. Email notifications are not acceptable. In the event you fail to cancel your program or event within the 48-hour time frame you will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.00. If assessed this cancellation fee you will be required to submit payment within 48 hours.  

 

Returned (NSF) Checks 

Echos International charges a $35.00 processing fee for returned (NSF) checks. Customers that issue an NSF check will be required to submit future payments with a certified check, money order or online payment option (PayPal).

 

Credit Card Chargebacks 

A $35.00 processing fee will be assessed for each credit card chargeback received by Echos International.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and honor customer relationships. We do NOT share, rent, sell, trade or publicize our customer lists or e-mail addresses to other companies or third parties. You may unsubscribe from our list at any time. 

 

Security

All financial transactions are made through a safe and reliable source (PayPal). No credit card information is ever stored on the server used for our web sites.
